I have tried to answer the most important questions but if there is anything you are not sure about, just get in touch.
Once a booking is made, additional information will be sent to you.
What is Psychological Therapy?
Psychological therapy is a structured way of thinking about your thoughts and feelings.
I specialise in CBT and EMDR which are both very effective therapies and recommended by the National Institute for Clinical Excellence (NICE).
How long is a session?
Both online and face-to-face sessions last for 50 minutes.
The number of sessions needed will be discussed at assessment.
Most people need between 6 to 12 sessions.
How much do you charge?
I offer a free 15-minute telephone consultation to help you decide if therapy is right for you.
My fees are £110 for an online session and £130 for a session in person.
If you are accessing therapy through your insurance provider, I will invoice them directly. I am registered with BUPA, Aviva, WPA, Healix and Cigna.
How soon can I be seen?
I am usually able to offer an appointment within 1-2 weeks of receiving an enquiry. I can discuss my availability with you when you make contact.
Most people prefer to book a regular slot each week and I will do my best to accommodate your needs.
